Let Us Introduce Ourselves

Dr. Jae Chung DDS

Dr. Chung grew up in Kansas and graduated with a degree in Human Biology at the University of Kansas in 1999.  After a few years of working in the dental field he decided to pursue his dream and attended the University of Missouri-Kansas City to earn his degree.  In 2007 he moved out west to Arizona and began practicing dentistry.  JC Family Dental was opened in 2013 allowing him to provide outstanding dental care to his wonderful patients.  He prides himself in educating his patients in oral health and allowing patients to make the best decisions in their treatment options.  

He is an active member of the American Dental Association, Arizona Dental Association, and the Central Arizona Dental Society.

Alysha- Office Manager

Alysha has been with our office since April 2015 and was in customer service for 8 years prior. She has proven to be a valuble asset to our team. Her attention to detail and compassion for people helps bring out the best in our office. She is a loving mother which allows her nurturing nature to flow through her work. 

Edgar- Lead Assistant

Edgar has been a valuble team member to JC Family Dental Since September 2013. He is experienced and has been working in this field for 5 years prior to joining JC Family Dental.  It is Edgars ambition to become a dentist and is working hard toward that goal. He does everything with the absolute care and concern for our patients. When he is not hard at work he is a family man and loves to spend as much time with his family as he can. He has two adorable girls and an amazing wife by his side. He enjoys music, sports, and traveling. We are lucky to have such a great asset to our team! Edgar will make sure your experience is enjoyable at our office.
